Return / Refund Policy

Returns:

Please contact customer service within 10 days of the date your product is received at (214) 205-6141 or E-mail sales@pulsestream.net to process the return. You must specify reason for the return. At the time you will be issued a RMA number.  The item must be returned at your expense in good sellable condition with the RMA number on the outside of the box next to the shipping label. If the listed criteria are met complete, a credit will be issued at that time.

 

Restocking Fee:

If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with the proper information. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.

 

Damaged Items:

 The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

 

Refunds for Services Rendered:

Credit Card refunds are not issued for web services already rendered such as website development, hosting, server co-locations.  Internet outages will be credited to your account for the appropriate monthly fees based on your service level agreement.
